"They don't have white Christmases in Houston"

They've been playing "they don't have white Christmases in Houston" on the radio all night. This song writer didn't know what we were in for this year, apparently, as 2008 is full of crazy weather. From hurricanes to snow flurries, we've had quite the ride. The boys were ecstatic to come out of choir practice tonight at church and find snow sticking to the ground. We saw some kids walking in the snow, and Joshua said, "Mom let's have a snowball fight with them." So, he jumped out of the van with Caleb and me close behind and started throwing. I was so proud of him!! The winter trips to Colorado and Michigan have trained him well. After getting soaked and "frozen," we then drove home to make a snow man before the snow stopped falling. We just wish Daddy wasn't in London and could have been here to enjoy the fun.

We have between 1-2 inches.

Wonder what the Palms will do with this??
