Pucas Adventures

Thanksgiving Fun

We enjoyed Grandma Judy being with us for a very warm Thanksgiving in Kingwood. Unlike last year, when the whole Puca clan was in from Michigan for a very cold and wet Thanksgiving, it was in the 70s this year. We had great fun making meals, decorating for Christmas, and yes, swimming.....well, not really swimming. As Joshua would tell you, "mommy started it." The boys were chasing each other around the pool, so I told them that if they didn't stop running, I was going to throw them in. Well, they didn't stop, so I went to get Caleb and planned to toss him into the pool. John followed me and as soon as Caleb was in my arms, he threw us both into the pool. Well, the chase was on, and by the end, we had all been tossed into the pool, fully clothed (grandma decided to sit this out). It was 70 outside, but I guess the water was low 60s....brrrrrrhhhhhh.

The boys made turkey seats for the big day!

Caleb helped Daddy stuff the turkey with herbs from our garden.

Caleb had a feast at school and learned that he actually does like Ranch dressing on carrots. Ah ha!
